Nextobjects is an Integrated Development Tool for Entreprise Applications. Nextobjects will help you choose database structure from system analysis and design, down to generating strongly designed data layer Object Model.
Nextobjects is based on the Merise method. With Nextobjects you draw graphs of your application's objects. Then you add properties to objects (like name, birthdate , ...) and draw relation between the objects. Nextobjects will verify your drawing for Merise Model compliancy and generate Normal database. Nextobjects will generate an optimal physical schema for your database. Nextobjects can generate the corresponding SQL code for 15 databases, and Object Relational Mapping java code (featuring Torque).
